The Social Responsibilities Commission is chaired by a Bishop of the Province, appointed by Provincial Council. Members of the Commission are:

• Two people appointed by the Archbishop of Perth
• Four people appointed by the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Perth
• Two people appointed by the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Bunbury
• Two people appointed by the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of North West Australia
• Three people may be co-opted by the Commission.

The Commission may also be assisted by an Executive Officer and Minute Secretary.
